If Comcast is your home internet provider contact their technical support and get them to help you in changing the settings or replacing the router.
If Comcast is your home internet provider contact their technical support and get them to help you in changing the settings or replacing the router.
It means your router is susceptible to hacking and you either need to change the setting to better security (if you can) or get a new router.
Oh wow ok so do I contact Comcast since they are our internet service provider or ATT for new router?
