My son forgot is passcode and his appleID password. I did manage to change his ID password after waiting a week apple required but the phone is in disabled mode. I can’t connect it to iTunes, it keeps sending a code to the disabled phone. I can’t erase the phone from find my iPhone, it shows “erase pending” because it’s in disabled mode. I’m clueless on what to do! Anyone have any suggestions?
