Is it possible to unlock the phone in disable mode without iTunes? And deleting it off my account to put it back on my account after removing it from my Apple ID?

Can I delete my iPhone 8 account when it is in disabled mode an ask to connect to iTunes? Will I be able to disable the phone to sign back in? I had a passcode that locked me out an then further attempts caused the error of being disabled.
