Can a MacBook backup be restored in an iPad Pro?

I have a pink MacBook A1534, 2017, serial number C02WT1CKHH27 and I would like to either sell it or trade it in and buy a new iPad Pro but I don't wan to do it with out first being certain that I will be able to access everything there as well. Please help me.

If you plan on using the same Apple ID with your new iPad Pro, then any iCloud services will be synced to your new iPad after you log into your iCloud account with that ID.


However, any non iCloud data on your current notebook may not be transferrable to the new iPad. To be safe, you should backup your notebook prior to trading or selling it.
