MacBook Air (M1, 2020) Logitech(Logicool) K370s and M705 connection issue

I'm trying to connect my Logitech(Logicool) K370s and M705 via Unifying on my Macbook Air (M1, 2020), I'm experiencing frequent disconnection issues. This is especially noticeable with the M705.

Macbook Air (M1, 2020) doesn't have a USB-TypeA port, so I'm connecting Unifying via a USB hub that converts USB-C to USB-A.

When I connect the Hub to Windows PC USB-TypeC port, my K370s and M705 works fine.

Therefore, I suspect that the Macbook (M1,2020) is incompatible with Unifying.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello seri114,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand a Logitech M705 and a K375s is unexpectedly disconnecting from your MacBook. We'll be happy to help.

Based on the accessories you're using, it seems like both the K375s and the M705 are wireless accessories that can be connected to your Mac. Are you able to use both accessories on a wireless connection via Bluetooth without any issues? If so, and this issue is primarily isolated to the USB Hub that's connected to your Mac, we recommend to restart your Mac in safe mode. This helps to perform a basic check of your startup disk, deletes some system caches and more. Here's an article with more information and the proper steps to take: How to use safe mode on your Mac Once you're in safe mode, please restart your Mac as normal and see if you continue to experience the same behavior.

Kind regards.
