Safari Fails To Open URL Links Sent From Times Newspaper

For the last few weeks, Safari has failed to open links to conversations sent to my email address by the Times newspaper. These links worked perfectly for years. I've tried emptying the caches and deleting all cookies and web data, but the problem persists. Below is a screenshot of the Safari message. The links work fine on my iPad and older MacBook Pro, but not on the iMac, which is running OSX 10.15.7.

Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated

The problem is that the links sent are to particular conversations in the comments section. If I go to the Times article itself, I have to trawl through dozens or even hundreds of comments before finding the relevant section. As I stated, until recently, the links would take me through to just the right place. Now I guess that the relevant information in the 'Safari Can't Open This Page' window is 'The URL was blocked by a content blocker', but I am struggling to understand what this means.
