Nike Run Club App Runs Not Showing on Apple Health Workout Section

Hiya,

I started using my Apple Watch Series 6 and the Nike Run Club App at the beginning of January and everything was working fine until yesterday.

I start all runs on my watch, which then upon finishing syncs to the Nike App on my phone and also syncs within the Health App and the Activity App as a Run from the Nike App. All of my January Runs did this.

I went on a run yesterday, same as normal, started on nike app on watch, it has synced to Nike App on phone however it has not synced into the Health or Activity App?

I've deleted the Nike App and reinstalled however it does not seem to have solved it as I did a tester run earlier and it still has not shown.

How can I fix this as it worked fine in January however it has suddenly stopped working now?

Looks like NRC app has now fixed the issue. They have a new update today, have tried a test run after having the NRC app updated and the run record is now synching to Apply activity finally, although the missing records is not recovered to the activity log

I’ve been told my Nike it’s an issue they are having and they hope to have it fixed within the week. They didn’t say what caused it but that they are aware and trying to find a solution.

I am experiencing the same issue. I thought maybe since the NRC app was very recently updated that perhaps I would have to go into the health app and reset access permissions but everything appears correct in that regard. It’s strange because even though the run isn’t showing under workouts, the data from the run is still captured (ie my move and exercise rings seem accurate). Still very frustrating though. Any tips to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.

experiencing exact same issue, run record from Nike App was showing fine on Apple Fitness workout log before 02/01, and it stopped showing up under the workout log after 02/02. Tried updating both IOS on phone and watch still not helping to fix the issue.
