MacBook Pro was reset to factory settings in store and now the pages, numbers and keynote built in app missing.
how can this is fix

Hi Lightstar2021,
Pages, Numbers and Keynote aren't included with macOS. Thankfully, they are free to download (IIRC) from the Mac App Store.
