Question

Apple Watch 3 has no room for updates. Why do they force us to upgrade when this device is working fine.

Why is it every time I want to update Apple Watch 3 I need to remove everything and it still lacks enough storage? The update is less than a GB but says I need 2.5 GB to allow the update?

I don't believe Apple "forces" you to upgrade (although they strongly suggest you do). In any case, to Free-Up Storage:

For songs, see the "Remove music from Apple Watch" section in:

and for pictures, see the "Limit photo storage on Apple Watch section in:

Also, try unpairing and pairing your watch again and restoring from the backup just created in the unpairing process. This deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system. In some cases, this can free a lot of storage.
