Leaving Mixed Apple/Android Group Text

How can I leave a group text which has both Apple and Android users? I'm being bullied and it's really mean. I've searched everywhere on how to get out. I even tried blocking each person, it didn't work, and I want to be able to talk to them as individuals still. I have a different view point from the majority of my friends and I am sick of being the whipping boy on this darn text stream. Please help!
