My phone always dead after power off/battery at zero/update IOS

My phone always stuck at apple logo after power off/battery at zero/update IOS and when I need to turn on back my phone will stuck at apple logo and it remain like 3-5 days. After that it auto on by itself and i saw my battery percentage is at 1%. So I never turn off my phone or update IOS because I scared my phone will stuck at apple logo for a long time.

I need an opinion for this matter. I'm using Iphone XR IOS 13.7. Thank you
