Apple warns people with medical devices that may be affected by magnetic fields about their MagSafe devices -> About the magnets inside iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, and MagSafe accessories - Apple Support

But the magnet is integral to the device and cannot be removed. If that is a concern for you, you should avoid Apple MagSafe devices, or any device that is designed for use with wireless charging as they all contain magnets.
