Hey guys I have an AirPods pro gen 2, but it seems to be catching a lot of outside noises rather than mine, while on call. Any suggestions to make this better

We'd like you to view this resource: If Active Noise Cancellation isn't working as expected on your AirPods Pro and try each step listed. If the issue continues after trying each step, we'll need to look into getting your AirPod Pro serviced under AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues. We understand you hear background noise while using your AirPods Pro. We'd like to help.

It sounds like your AirPods have Transparency mode enabled. You'll need to enable Active Noise Cancellation to try to block out some of the background noise. We have a resource that should help: AirPods Pro and AirPods Max Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode - Apple Support

Also, could you tell us the firmware your AirPods are on? You can check this from Settings > Bluetooth > AirPods Max. Tap "i", then scroll down to the About section to see the firmware version.
