WiFi connection

WiFi is connect But I cannot browse?

i have tried to remove cookies, remove all previously connected WiFi’s, change the config IPv6 to link-local only.

i cannot update iOS- I can’t connect!

i have Version 11.1.

please could someone help me!!!!
