macos big sur battery's new icon is weird? my battery drained. and it takes sooo long hours to reach 100%

Yes, in Big Sur Apple has decided to try and make the battery full cycles lower and therefore extending the life of the battery. They have created an Algorithm that slows the charging. Usually, the battery charging will go to 80% and if one click the battery Icon will notice Charging has Paused. One can click again and enable charging more but again at about 90% it pauses again. Do it again and will run to 100%.
