This is getting frustrating, i ve been freeing up my desktop thiss all day and all my drives i thought this was a space issue. The library i m using has almos 700 GB and my desktop has 1 TB. Should I remove it, copy the library to another drive that has more space. I ve tried the renaming thing styill doesn t work. Does anybody know how to resolve this issue?

Select the library and use File>Delete Generated Library files. Delete all render and optimized files. Delete proxy files unless you ned them for playback. In FCP preferences switch off background render, and if you're using Multicam Clips, switch off generate optimized files.
