Macbook Pro 2020 (Intel) Fans will not run?

I have a 13" MacBook Pro 2020 (Intel) that I purchased in June of that year. Since I purchased it there are times where it gets REALLY hot, but the fans do not kick on and the computer crashes. When I turn it back on the fans run FULL BLAST for about 15 min, and it operates until the cycle starts again... Is anyone else having this issue? Did you get a solution to this problem? I am working with Tech support, but because it is intermittent its going to take a while to solve.

Hi,

Resetting SMC could solve your issue.

If it doesn't help, try to run Apple Diagnostics if it reports something related fan or SMC.

If error codes appear, you'd better contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your neighborhood retail Apple Store is open or find near you opened Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro before 1 year limited warranty is over.
