Handful of ZAGG folio iPad Air keyboard keys not working

Any tips for re-syncing so that the pesky keys that are not working (zxcvm and carriage return) function again? They keyboard is fully powered, has no issues connecting via Bluetooth to my iPad and iPhone (both of which are on different software versions in case that was an issue). It’s fully charged.


I’ve tried compressed air clear with no luck and that’s unlikely to be the issue since It fixed itself ( ALL problem keys functioning for a few hours one day) at one point before going wonky again.


It’s outside statutory and express warranty. I can’t reach zagg support online. They just insist on warranty details first.
