I have downloaded a couple of Apple Arcade games (Lumen and The Collage Atlas) to my MacBook Pro. They both still show as 'Get' in the app store and when I try and run them they just bounce in the dock a couple of times then stop and don't load. I have tried logging out and back in on the App Store and no joy. Anybody have any ideas?

Go into your Applications folder in Finder, delete the apps, then Get them again.

I've tried another app called Patterned and that has loaded OK. I noticed that there was apparently an issue with the App Store earlier - https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/ - but I've tried removing and redownloading Lumen and it is still broken, so I'm guessing an issue with specific titles rather than the store as a whole.

I guess it is time to send feedback to the developers. I've submitted some for your two titles.

I've tried both those titles on my M1 MacBook Air and I see the same as you, a couple of bounces in the dock and then nothing. And show with Get in the store rather than Play. Other Apple Arcade games I've installed work.

I also tried Lumen today. Same issues as both of you. Deleting and restarting does not work. However it did install and run fine on my iPhone 12.
Funny thing is I could not find Lumen in the Arcade section of the App Store. Had to do a search for it.
Tried that and it still doesn't work.

I've just tried South of the Circle as well and that behaves in the same way - a couple of bounces and then nothing.
Just tried Patterned and that works fine for me as well so as you say it seems to be specific titles that are the problem.
I've had a positive response from one of my enquiries so hopefully they'll iron it out before too long.
