Watch is no longer playing sounds

After the latest 7.3 update of my Apple Watch, it is no longer playing sounds. No, it is not on silent, do not disturb, airplane or theater mode. The volume is on full. I am a bit stumped here.

Restarting iPhone and Watch has helped. Problem sorted.
