iPhone 12 Max Pro sound on emojis is super low and distorted with clicking noice.

Hi All,

This is in regards to the Sound:

When using the animated emojis, the sound recording is muffled and makes a clicking sound. It is so low that one can not hear what was recorded, it is almost silent.

In addition, when I answer an incoming call and hold the phone up to my ear, the call is again super low as coming from a tunnel. When switching to "Speaker" on the phone or using Airpods2 the voice is coming in loud and clear.

The phone software is up to date and clean. Ringer and alerts setting is normal and working. Do not disturb function is turned off.
