I am being told my the company that hosts my email that my disk space is filling up, I save a lot of business emails, is there a way I can move those into i cloud so it will free up some space in my email?

One could Export as PDF directly form Apple Mail. Save the PDF to external drive then delete from Mail Server. Those same PDF just created can also be move to iCloud Drive and placed in Preview Folder in iCloud. Depending on the Storage capacity of iCloud, one might need to purchase addition space above the default 5 GB size.
