Red light is on even though case and AirPods are charged

We understand that you are seeing a red light indicator on a charging case, even though the charging case and earbuds is fully charged. Can you tell us which device this is happening with? That can help us determine future steps you can take.

Thanks for letting us know you've already tried resetting your Powerbeats Pro. You can also make sure that the firmware is updated for those as well: Update the firmware of your Beats product The red light on the case should only appear when the case itself is below than 40% charged.
