Audio issues on iPhone 12

When I am playing a video whether online or offline the sound suddenly goes off for almost 1 or 2 seconds. When I replay the video it always turns out that there’s nothing wrong with the video’s audio. I doesn’t matter if I am using the headphones or the phone’s speakers, it happens either way. My phone never fell in water.Please help it’s very frustrating.

When I first record a video there is a crackling / underwater sound for about 3 seconds and then after that the audio remains very low quality. Iphone 11 static noise I just got an iPhone 11, I had it for less than a month. When I make a phone call or face time the other person can't hear me, all they can hear is static noise. When I make a video on the camera, the recording shows no problem. Same with the app WhatsApp the recordings for my audio are fine. But when I try Snapchat and Instagram the recording gives the same static noise outcome for the audio. The phone was never dropped or got wet so I really don't understand what's happening. I already tried a soft reset, settings reset, updated to the latest version, and played with the audio settings. What can I do about this, has anyone gone through this?

Static, distorted reciever on Iphone 13promax My Iphone 13 promax’ reciever sounds muffled, static everytime I received or make a call. The other speakers work just fine. I have not submerged it in water or drop my phone. I have tried installing an update too.
