I have asked this and nobody has the solution. I have iPhone 11 Max pro. I have saved bookmarks from safari that will not delete from my homescreen. Everything jiggles but no delete option on those. HOW do I get these off my homescreen?!! I have no “restrictions” settings and they are NOT listed in my saved bookmarks.

Thanks for the Screenshot. I'm not sure of why you are not presented with a "Delete" option. I added a bookmark to the Home Screen:
...and successfully removed it with this option:
Do you have any restrictions enabled on your device?
Edit: Just reviewed your first post and you obviously stated that you have no restrictions.
