Apple Watch is completely dead. The buttons holding do not respond. What do you think is the issue?

You would need to have it inspected by Apple or an authorized repair facility to diagnose what the problem is. It’s impossible for anyone on here to diagnose it. Could be a bad battery (or old since I’m not sure what series you have).
