How do I unlock my phone. I have changed providers. I have cancer and need my phone for medical purposes. I have contacted my old provider and new provider and they both say the same, Apple will take ten days to reply your code. Ten days!. In this current situation surely it should be quicker than this?. Can someone please help?.
