I have a scratch on my apple watch series 6
It’s still have the warranty. What do I need to do? How do I replace it?

This is cosmetic so it won’t be covered under warranty. You may want to consider a case/cover/screen protector to avoid any more scratches. I use a cheap clear cover that I got from Amazon (used it on my 4 and now on my 6). My 4 still looked brand new when I sold it last month.
