Leather Loop Watch Strap

Hi recently purchased an Apple series 6 watch with a leather loop watch strap. The strap is unusable as the magnet faster is next to useless. How do I return this for a refund? Going around in circles on the Apple help pages!

Refund for manufacturing fault There was a manufacturing fault with my new Apple Watch, because of it the microphone didn’t work anymore. After sending it for repair, Apple gave me a new Apple Watch because they couldn’t repair my Watch. I bought a screen protector for my previous Apple Watch, but because it was send for repair it was taken off. Because I couldn’t do anything to prevent the microphone from breaking down (manufacturing fault, and I take care of the Watch as if it is my baby :) ), I would like a refund for my screen protector. Where is it possible to request one?
