Call Sound problem

When I’m on a messenger call the media volume of the phone automatically gets lowered, like when I’m on a call and I decided to watch some videos there’s little to no sound at all but, the call volume is in max and I can lower and up it just fine. I have this problem even when I’m using a Bluetooth earphone

does any of you guys have the same problem?
