One Airpod battery always at 0% the other 100%

Hi. Every time I go to use my Airpods, one is always at 0% and the other is at 100%. I have notice the problem with both pairs of Airpods I own (Gen1 and Pros).

The problem isn't with the connection to the charger.

Once I take them out and put them back in, the one charges back up normally.

When I use them from both being at 100%, their batteries drain at the same rate.

What is happening and how do I fix this??

Thanks!

Hello timralex1,

It looks like you're experiencing an issue with both sets of AirPods you have regarding showing the battery at 0% till you put them back in the case. Making sure your AirPods are reporting the correct battery percentage is important. We're glad you reached out for help.

Take a look at the resource linked below when one of your AirPods is not working as expected.

If your left or right AirPod isn't working

We hope this helps you out. Have a good day!
