Order took too long to process
Just wonder why an engraving Ipad took so long to process? My order is processing more than a week but my engraved Pencil just took less than 24 hours and I had received in 4 days.
I am in the same boat. An Apple Pencil took about 2-3 days to process and another 3 days to arrive. Expected ship date with the engraving was the 15th and it came on the 8th. I purchased the iPad Pro 11 and the engraving puts the ship date to the 25th through the 2nd of next month. I’m wondering if the iPad will get here quicker. I understand there are a lot of orders at this time of year due to school starting, late Christmas presents, Christmas gift cards, people getting replacement devices, and other reasons. But it would be nice to have a more accurate shipping date or even a greater detailed tracker. We pay a lot of money for our devices and should be taken care of better.
