Broken

My iPad has only a row of red dashes across the top of the screen. I do have a small crack on bottom that’s been like it for over a year. Any suggestions

Small crack in corner of I pad I have brought my daughter ipad 10.2 2020 and there is a small hairline crack in the corner not on the screen she says she has not dropped it only had it 2 days. Will I be covered for a return is this a common problem with the ipad?

Can you provide a photo of this screen? However, without it, the best anyone could say is to contact Apple Support for service. Use the Contact Support link at the top of the page here.
