Return or exchange iPhone
Because Apple stores are close now I’m not able to see the colors of the iPhone 12 mini. If I buy one coloration and then I don’t like it can I exchange with another one? Or return the phone and buy again a new coloration?

Yes. You have 14 days from the time of purchase to either return or exchange the iPhone.
Also, the online Apple Store offers renditions of each of the available colors ... albeit, it's not the same as actually having one in your hand.
