If you still have problems Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/media-services Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

@Pamela-107 I have no advice about your iTunes issue but to your PayPal issue. Yes PayPal is real. To setup an account just go to PayPal.com and follow directions. A little advice: if you decide to use PayPal make sure you monitor your activity daily and if you see a charge that you did not make 1st take a screenshot of it 2nd notify PayPal immediately. I say take a screenshot bc after you notify them that there’s a charge that doesn’t belong to you it will disappear from the screen, they will say it must of been a mistake they fix already but keep charging your PayPal account. It took me 2 years to have what started out as a $1.99 charge to $726.35. PayPal made the $1.99 charge invisible but charge my account daily. Finally when it got to $726.35 I took them to court. Not small claims court bc my lawyer charged them with many illegal activities. I was finally awarded $7000.00 plus my account balance was zeroed so be careful. They actually have the nerve to call me once a week and email me daily asking me to return as a customer. I would never use PayPal again but my daughter and brother swear by them. So good luck.

Apple says I have a subscription and won’t delete my card.
