B. About Mac Mini:

I was not aware of you having a Mac Mini. So, as for the Mac Mini, reset the Printing System - create a new administrator, and then change it that way. Password for what?

Are you referring to the password of your Mac Mini? If so, then then the administrator password is what to use to make all of these changes. If you are logged in as the administrator, then use that password.
