I have turned off push notifications for my apple watch 6, i have tried to restart both watch and phone. Nothing works. Is this a bug and if so, when will it be fixed? Seems this issue goes back to the series 3 and other than then the above steps, the internet offers no other advise.

if I am not mistaken you just want to stop alarms and timers set on iPhone to stop going off on the watch. if this is correct please open the watch app on your iPhone, then go down to clock and inside there turn off the option to push alerts from iPhone. Okay I thought that may be the case here then and I understand how that can be annoying.
So as far as I’m not aware you can’t turn the alarm off on the watch if it’s enabled on the iPhone and you are wearing the watch to bed and have sleep enabled. So I think only option here is to stop the alarm and keep sleep tracking or you can disable the watch for sleep and this will stop alarm and tracking as far as I’m aware and then possibly you could use an app like AutoSleep from the App Store.
that’s annoying that you can’t just stop the alarm on the watch :(
Maybe open sleep on the watch and turn off the alarm Just for the next day or the full schedule but not sure if this stops the alarm on the iPhone, worth a try.
Yeah if your wearing the watch it will go to the watch if you have it off it will go to IPhone. Unless you disable sleep for the watch which you can do in the screenshot attached in the watch app that should stop the alarm hopefully.
That is very odd indeed, I turned it off and didn't receive anything on my watch and then turned it back on and received the timer on my watch. Maybe try restarting your devices?
Do you just set a simple 5 second timer in the alarm app and then lock your iPhone does it still come up on the watch with the option disabled in the watch app?
That sounds frustrating, you have the setting turned off on the iPhone to stop it forwarding to the watch right? And did you turn off sleep tracking function on the Apple Watch, you can also do this by going into the sleep app in the watch, it could be a sync error.
So the timer push notifications are indeed turned off and dont get through to my watch. However, my morning alarm i have set through the basic health app sends my morning alarm to the watch. I wear the watch to bed for sleep tracking but the haptics are too jarring and upsetting to wake up to. I’d really much rather have the alarm on my phone, that way i have the nice ringtones that slowly wake me up.
Unfortunately, now both the watch and the phone now go off with the alarm -_- This is extremely frustrating. I just want the alarm to go off on the phone..... not both.... what am I doing wrong still?
Hi, yes i have turned off push notifications, just double checked, its still off.
i double checked sleep app on my watch, the “track sleep” option is also toggled off.
as a special side note: the first time the alarm went off, it went off on both watch and phone. I snoozed using my phone and the next alarm was only sent to my phone.

i actually do use autosleep to track my sleep. The issue with their alarm is it only gets sent to the watch. (Unless i missed something).
If i disable track sleep in health app will it still track my sleep in the autosleep app?
Yes should do as it always did before sleeping feature was released in the health app. Make sure you don’t quit them out the background etc and that it’s all installed on watch etc.
