I purchased a New MacBook Pro January 19, 2021 from Best Buy... I was supposed to get 1 free year of Apple TV. Why am I only offered 7 days?

Please sign in to the TV app on your Mac (menu Account), before trying to redeem the offer in the TV app on that new Mac. Then find “Enjoy 1 Year Free” in the app.
