not directly. the apple watch 6 can check your heart rate ans your heart rythym and your blood O2 levels but it does not take blood pressure... there are several wireless blood pressure devices that pair with apple products and i would bet that those readings would be accesible on the apple watch... but you would need a seperate blood pressure reader like the 'qardio' device. hope this helps :)
