AirPod Pro under warranty - Message "We’re sorry, but we are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later."
I have a AirPod Pro and I have the following problems:
- Disconnecting and reconnecting when I am listening to music.
- If the iPhone is connected to the Apple Watch via Bluetooth, the AirPod causes the iPhone to freeze. Then I have to disconnect the bluetooth from the Apple Watch for it to work.
- AirPod does not work noise cancellation.
- I can't see the status of the firmware version, in the iPhone settings in Settings -> About, opening the case next to the phone
On 12/30/2021, when I bought the airpod, I consulted the warranty on the Apple website (coverage.apple.com) and said it was under warranty until 4/3/2021.
Currently I have the airpod with several problems and when I went to activate the warranty again, inform me that this error message:
We’re sorry, but we are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later.
I tried to go to an authorized Apple to replace the product and they informed me that their internal system shows that the product is not covered by warranty.
What ???
I confess that I don't understand anything anymore.
The apple system is totally crazy.
I downloaded the Apple support app for iOS and entered the serial number.
Guess what:
Displays the message: Invalid serial number.
Apple, my warranty expires on 4/3/2021 and I need to replace my problematic airpods.
Help me! I living in Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil and I am not to blame for all this.
