Nope. I am an IT Professional, I was the 10th largest ISP in the world in 1998. Everything you mention has been addressed on my network and WiFi. I use WiFi Explorer for every setup, home or commercial installs.
I have all 4 of my Apple TVs on Sharp Roku TVs, I just don't use the Roku portion. I have since installed YouTube and Apple TV app on the Roku side and it never hangs... not once. The bandwidth never drops, never lags and never locks up. Roku and Apple TV are both on the same WiFi located in the same spot.
Today I kept trying to watch a show on YouTube with Apple TV and it would hang and spin every 5 minutes. I hit home and opened YouTube on Roku... watched a two hour show... no issues.
I tried an Apple Movie... 20 minutes in it hung and I had to reboot. Loaded up the movie and it crashed to the Home Screen twice. Open Apple TV app on Roku and selected the same movie... watched the whole movie without any issues.
What lead me to this test was the fact, don't know why, but every time I unlock my iPhone 11 Max Pro... the Apple TV hangs for 20-30 seconds... no matter what I am watching. Even Discovery + If I open my MacBook Pro and log in... same thing. This made me wonder if it's an Apple issue and it does appear to be IMHO.
