Does T Mobile cover screen replacements?

I have T-Mobile as my carrier. I am paying monthly for the iPhone 12. I pasted my serial number and this is what my coverage says. Does this mean my screen repair is covered? Because apple has AppleCare , AppleCare service and AppleCare+ it’s confusing
