Why aren't there any ratings on movides in AppleTV?

Why doesn't Apple show user movie ratings in the TV app? I know Apple doesn't allow its users to rate movies but there are ratings available from other sources. They use to be available in the app but over the past few months, they've been removed.

Given that, does anyone have a good website that does show movie ratings?
