pair my new series 6 watch to my Iphone and asking for a password to an apple id that is not mine

I am trying to pair my new apple watch to my phone however once I get past the pair new watch screen it asks for the password to my "facetime" and an apple id pops up that is not an apple ID. How do I change that to my actual apple ID

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, ayana193!

We understand you're seeing an Apple ID that does not belong to you appearing when you're pairing your Apple Watch. We'd be happy to provide information to help you resolve this.

On your iPhone go to Settings > FaceTime and scroll down to where you see this email appearing in blue. Press on it and press sign out. You should then be prompted to sign in.

Have a great day!
