How do I change the position of this hashtag key?

How do I change this? I want to be able to create a new line without having to press shift to do so. It's really annoying when I'm discussing an idea with a friend only to have to go back and delete for hashtags because I'm accustomed to the enter key being where this annoying hash is. And it's not my installed keyboard, I've switched to the iOS keyboard and this problem is still prominent.
