iphone 7 stuck in activation & asking to update again and again

I forgot my phone's password. So i decided to restore it . i download the iphone firmware from this link

.using iTunes i started restoring latest version . but now i get the message to update the iphone with latest version for Activiation . after updating with latest version . i get request again to update your phone for activation ..

need help . any tutorial . or any video to get out of it .. Updating doesn't work

you have “No service”

You need an active SIM installed.

If you have one, with the phone on, take SIM out snd put it back.

bro i have model A1778.

can i get service because errors are same.

and another thing i need to mebtion is that i repair my phone . because ny phone has shot circuit.

so 3rd party repair done domething with my phone
