Image Capture error -9934

Hello. When I try uploading my images and videos from my Canon EOS M50 to Image Capture app on my macOS Big Sur version 11.1 it is giving me error -9934. I am unable to upload. I contacted Canon and they advised to disable the Wifi on my camera. But even after doing this it is still giving me an error and they advised to contact Apple for the Image Capture app. Please advise?

Update to macOS 11.2, and retry image capture with your EOS M50 camera. Revisit how you are connecting that camera (e.g. USB, USB-C, hub, Bluetooth, etc).
