I’m trying to get a video from my iPhone onto a PC in order to convert it to a PDF but the video is too long. How can I get this onto a PC so I can convert it into a PDF once it’s there?

I want to get the video from the iPhone onto a computer, And then add it to a PDF doc if I could just get it from the iPhone to the computer screen I will probably need a USB cable please advise thanks
The phone keeps saying the video is too long which I’m sure it is it’s only a matter of less than three minutes but too long to forward so if there’s a way I could just get it onto a computer so I can get it in a PDF doc That is what I need.
A video can't be turned into a PDF.
You can add a video to a PDF doc, however.
Do you have a PDF editing app on that Windows machine?
