not good enough contrast on m1 macbook air

the contrast of m1 MacBook Air is not good. I can't see details in dark places in videos or movies. I have tried everything, fixing contrast, the color and the brightness and still is too dark.Is there an other way to fix it?

How to increase contrast/readability of the Music App controls? Hello, Can anyone help me find a way to increase the contrast and/or size in the Music app (version 1.2.0.273) on my Macbook Air (OS 12)?
