How to turn off all notifications on Big Sur?

Hi,

I can't find the issue with this message "IPHONE IN USE"

Really upset with Big Sur in general... I'm annoyed by buggy notifications and just want to turn off all notifications. How to do that?

Click on the date and time in the upper right corner —Holding the Option Key—Turns off Notification Center.

As well as the Control Center:

To quickly turn on Do Not Disturb, you can use Control Center, press and hold the Option key while you click the date and time in the menu bar, or press (if available in the row of function keys on the keyboard). See Use Do Not Disturb on your Mac.
